Envision your wedding as a story. What do you want to look like in the story? Look through all different types of magazines, books, and internet sites to get inspiration. Bring print outs, pages, etc. with you to all your bridal appointments to insure your entire look works together.

Try to bring a white button down shirt with you to your trial. By doing so you will be able to see what your makeup will look like with the color of your dress. Different colors can change the way your skin and makeup look so you want to wear the same shade as your dress.

If possible, schedule your hair trial the same day as your makeup trial to see the completed look.

Take care of yourself!! Everyone is looking at you on your Wedding Day so you want to be your best. Drink lots of water, exercise, eat healthy, use proper skincare, and get some sleep. Stress, poor diet, alcohol, lack of skincare program, and lack of sleep will cause your skin to flare up and be broken out, puffy, dull, etc. all things you want to avoid when you are being photographed.

Be sure any facials, waxes, massages, etc. are booked out a week before the wedding to allow any irritation to go a way.

Instead of going to a salon, book your hair and makeup services to come to you. The less you have to run back and forth on your day the better. You can sit in your bridal suite and relax before your red carpet moment.

If sunless tanning, book 2-3 sessions, a week and a half before your wedding so you can have a nice base. Any touch ups can be performed the night before your wedding and bronzing services the day of.

Make a timeline for all beauty appointments on the Wedding Day. Hand out the timelines to you attendants, parents, beauty professionals, and others so everyone is well informed and keeps on time.

Most important of all: relax, be happy, and smile. Your pictures will be the best when you are happy and relaxed.
